R. Aytuğ Lüle combines project management with technology, bringing over 15 years of experience and a project portfolio exceeding $4 billion in total value. With expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, he has taken roles across diverse sectors, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure, educational facilities, residential and commercial developments, as well as industrial and chemical projects and maintenance works.
Bio
He stands out with his experience in advanced BI reporting techniques, project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, project-specific tendering and budget management, as well as claim management and contract administration. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Trakya University and the Construction Project Management program at Yıldız Technical University. Following his graduation, he worked as a site engineer and quality control engineer on various superstructure projects. He later transitioned to complex, composite high-rise projects with the Istanbul Tower 205 Project. Within his organization, he held multiple roles ranging from Planning and Budget Control Engineer to Project Controls Manager, and ultimately Project Coordinator, contributing to the successful completion of numerous projects before moving into a project management consultancy firm. After one year there, he joined Turner International (the Turkish branch of Turner Construction), where he served as Project Controls Chief, Project Controls Manager, and finally Project Manager. During this period, he worked on several industrial and TAR (Turnaround) projects for Şişecam, as well as being part of the team for the complex Istanbul Financial Center project. Most recently, he served as Project Manager on the mechanically focused Şişecam Salt Mine Project. For the past three years, he has been providing consultancy services in the Netherlands and, since mid-2025, has continued his work under his own firm, RALCONS. In addition to his professional career, he actively mentors young engineering candidates and works as a basketball coach.
